Notes on Accessibility during the festival »FIGURE IT OUT«

Early Boarding
We offer early boarding for the performances “La Langue des Cygnes” and “Hrdinky?!”. Early boarding is a service for visitors with visible and non-visible disabilities. It allows them to enter the auditorium ten minutes before the official admission, giving them time to get accustomed to the space and choose a suitable seat.

Touch Tour and Audio Description
The performances “A hole in the air and everywhere” and “invisible” include integrated artistic audio description in German.
The workshop “Wurzeln: Versuche mit dem Unsichtbaren” is aimed at blind, visually impaired and sighted colleagues and will take place in German Language.

We offer a pickup service for blind and visually impaired people from nearby public transport stations.

Please register for the touch tours and the pickup service by 4 pm on the previous day. Registration takes place after ticket purchase via email at ticket@schaubude.berlin or by phone at +49 30 4234314.

Assistance dogs are permitted.

Performances with Sign Language
The performances “La Langue des Cygnes” and “Hrdinky?!” work with Sign Language. A German Sign Language interpreter will be available before and after the performances to assist visitors as needed. Audience talks will be interpreted into German Sign Language, and questions can also be asked in German Sign Language.

The workshops “Krump with Signs” and “Communication without Words” are aimed at Deaf and hearing colleagues.

Surtitles
The performance “La Langue des Cygnes” features English and German surtitles.
