Under the artistic direction of Laura Marleen Kreutz and Elisabeth Graaf the 6c of the Humboldthain Grundschule won the Fritz-Wortelmann-Preis in the category Schultheater und Jugendclubs for their performance "BUTTER KÄSE BROT. Wir sagen Tschüss!". The performance is a cooperation with Schaubude Berlin and TUSCH Berlin.

Here is the jury statement: "We were convinced by the fact that serious topics such as death and farewell were addressed using an everyday object from the children's world. The formal language brought us closer to the transience of an object from the children's perspective. In 7 stations, the artists carried us lively and humorously through the piece, to let us look confidently into the future at the end. The winning group is representative for all the wonderful works of this year's Fritz Wortelmann Prize and shows once again how necessary it is to promote and secure cultural education on its various levels."
