Beaten! Shot at! Too old! This is the common fate that brings together a donkey, dog, cat and rooster. But they have a plan... After all, “you can always find something better than death”. Together, they set off for Bremen. Although they don’t end up where they wanted to go, they’ve found something better than death – friends and a new perspective.
