We bleed without being wounded
- Theater Textura, Berlin
- Duration 60 minutes
-
in German
- Adult €16,50 | discounted €11,50
for one viewer
The new work by Esther Nicklas moves between radio play and installation and invites one person at a time to an exclusive, 60-minute performance and intensive experience: Inspired by the life and work of the Swedish painter Hilma af Klint, "We bleed without being wounded" addresses transformation as a universal force and plays with insights from astrology, quantum physics and spirituality.
Notes on accessibility: Information about the structural accessibility of the venue can be found here. “Wir bluten ohne Wunde” is a 60-minute installation where visitors remain alone in the room with the player. Visitors sit in a hanging chair (maximum load capacity: 120 kg) with their feet touching the floor. Alternatively, it is possible to use a standard chair. Lots of visual projections (data projector, spotlight and torch) are used.
