We experience the world through our senses: sounds, smells and touch are all evaluated in our brain, which then decides upon a reaction to them. But how is it possible for the interplay of physical sensations and electrical impulses to evolve into an experience, a story or a memory? Are there universal feelings that are evoked by specific circumstances? What do one’s senses remember after an encounter or an event such as a first kiss? Inbal Yomtovian invites visitors to give in to the moment in this one-to-one encounter, isolated away from the outside world.

Notes on accessibility: Information about the structural accessibility of the venue can soon be found here. The venue can only be accessed using stairs. There are seats for visitors and they are in the same room as the performer. The visitors are blindfolded and then given headphones through which sounds are played. The work toys with the idea of physical proximity, while visitors are touched on the skin using various objects and a number of smells are experienced.
