Texas, 1991. A man robs a bank. Multiple times. The experts are clueless. Who is this bank robber that the press calls “Cowboy Bob”? FBI Agent Steve Powell follows the trail. He reports exclusively from Irving, Texas about his most spectacular case and takes us with him into the world of investigations, witness statements and speculations. No matter what he does, however, Cowboy Bob is always able to evade him. What no one knows, not even Agent Powell himself: Cowboy Bob’s real name is Peggy Jo Tallas – a woman who always one step ahead of the police.
