Puppet theater and drama
More and more women are refusing to provide care work and are just lying down on the job. No pamphlets, no slogans, no posts – it’s all been said. Beginning with the celebrated novel by the writer Mareike Fallwickl, this year’s studio production tells the story of the influencer Elin, the nurse Ruth and the bicycle courier Nuri, whose paths cross during the days of standstill. You can look forward to an evening with puppets, a lot of music and silence about solidarity and the relationship between the sexes.
Notes on accessibility: Information about the accessibility of the venue in structural terms can be found here. Content note: The production deals with misogynistic and sexual violence on a linguistic and scenic level. Illness and death are addressed.
