In a house under construction—or deconstruction—objects and body fragments move within a domestic theatre.  Only traces of movements remain, haunted by the bodies who once performed them.  When reassembled, these fragments attempt to build a new narrative combining multiple lives and temporalities in order to recompose a series of fictions oscillating between life, death, and what lies in between.

Evolving within a polyphonic temporality, the random interaction between familiar objects reinvents a past-present-future while preserving the relationship between what is left and what vanishes. These remnants become living archives that multiply and contaminate one another for their survival within a home in the making that invites the chaos that comes its way.

An artist talk will take place on 2 November in the foyer of the Schaubude Berlin.
