Mischka the teddy bear is tired of being a toy and runs away. On this journey, he has adventures and meets new friends. Then Christmas arrives and the reindeer invite him to help give out the presents.

Soon they reach the last house. Mischka reaches into the sack, but no matter how hard he searches, the sack is empty. When the little boy who lives in the house wakes up early the next morning, he won’t have a present, thinks Mischka, full of compassion. What is he supposed to do now?
