In the most distant corner of the universe, there was a planet that was completely and utterly square. This planet was not created as part of the big bang, but instead created itself. To do so, it ate up every single thing it could get a hold of. Its squares flew through outer space and dragged back the most unusual snacks: aluminum foil, dinosaurs, rocks. And that would have certainly kept on going for all eternity if they hadn’t come across a little wobble from the wobble planet one day…

The Square Factory deals with the topics of diversity, foreignness and the question of how we approach what is strange to us in a playful manner for children ages 5 and up. The sound and video are created live on stage and interwoven to create fantastic illusions that the children can understand.

The event is part of “Berliner Schaufenster – Im Notfallmodus” (Berlin Showcase – In Emergency Mode), an event organized by Theater o.N., Schaubude Berlin, FELD Theater für junges Publikum, and Offensive Tanz für Junges Publikum.
