A Realities Odyssey combines model making with virtual and augmented reality: the players are invited to feast their eyes upon a miniature model of a space shuttle. They can enter it in virtual reality or look into the virtual world by using a tablet and thus solve the puzzle together of what took place in this abandoned shuttle. Lena Biresch and Nico Parisius have worked together as the XR collective PRESS [ST]ART ever since conducting a joint research residency at Schaubude Berlin in 2021. Together with the artists Sarah Buser and Dennis Stoecker, they were once again guests of the theater in the summer of 2025 as part of a residency grant. At Theater der Dinge, they will present a tryout of what they created during this time.
