Puppetry with live music
A struggle for emancipation, as obscenely violent as society during the German Empire: after the murder of her father and child, Helga has disappeared from her arranged marriage to the prince. Did she escape? Was she murdered? The prince is haunted by her and the desire she evokes. Blurring boundaries between reality and madness.
A production based on the novel "Die Leiden des Fürsten Sternenhoch" by Ladislav Klíma (1928) about patriarchal repression in which there cannot be winners.
The evening will be accompanied live by the doom metal band NADJA.
