More and more institutions are developing anti-discrimination mission statements and voluntary commitments, including clauses in their contracts or setting out the regulations in service agreements. On June 6, 2024, the AG Formen der Solidarität invites colleagues from the performing arts to present their best practice models and give an insight into the processes of the respective institutions. Afterwards, lawyer Sonja Laaser will classify the examples and provide an overview of the options available to theater institutions and their advantages and disadvantages.
