From July 19 to August 31, 2021 we are on theatre holiday. These protection and hygiene regulations for attending live performances at Schaubude Berlin in the 2021/22 season apply until further notice:
Symptoms of illness
If you have had contact with a person infected with Covid-19 in the last 14 days or are suffering from an upper respiratory infection yourself, you may not attend the performance. Tickets already purchased can be converted into a voucher for the value of the ticket price. Please contact us at 030 4234314 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Compulsory wearing of an FFP2 mask throughout the theatre, including during the performance. Children up to the age of six are exempt from this obligation.
A medical face mask is permitted for children up to the age of 14.
We draw the attention of persons with chronic respiratory diseases who could not wear an FFP2 mask to the general, in their case increased risk of infection for themselves and others. We recommend that they refrain from attending the events.
For the time being, only tickets will be available in advance online on our website. Tickets cannot be purchased on site. School classes and daycare groups can reserve their tickets by calling 030 4234314 or by emailing email@example.com.
Admission and compulsory testing
Admission begins 30 minutes before the performance starts. Seats are numbered. For admission, you will need your ticket, a photo ID (for persons 16 years and older) and one of the following proofs:
(a) Proof of rapid antigen test or PCR test: written or electronic certificate of a negative test result not older than 24 hours at the start of the event (including self-tests under supervision and with certificate). There is no possibility for on-site testing.
(b) Proof of vaccination: Certificate of vaccination against Covid-19, the last required vaccination of which was at least 14 days ago.
(c) Proof of recovery: certification of a positive PCR test result for infection with Covid-19 more than six months ago in combination with at least one vaccination against Covid-19 at least 14 days ago, or proof of a positive PCR test result for infection with Covid-19 at least 28 days and not more than six months ago.
The testing requirement does not apply to children up to the age of 6.
For attendance documentation, we ask for your first and last name, full address, e-mail address and telephone number as part of the ticket sales process. The data will be destroyed four weeks after the event.
Keep your distance
Please keep at least 1.50 metres away from other people. This excludes people living in the same household, families and couples.
General hygiene rules
Please observe the known hygiene rules, remember the sneezing and coughing etiquette and wash your hands thoroughly on a regular basis. You will find disinfection dispensers in the sanitary facilities. Please observe signs, distance markings and directions.
We have adjusted the cleaning and disinfection cycles.
The ventilation of the theatre hall is ensured by a mobile ventilation system with fresh air (air capacity: 8,550/11,180 m3/h).
For the time being, we are not able to offer any gastronomic services.
